Thanks for sharing that, Diamond. Usually I would click away because it was "so long" but that was 17 minutes of very important and worthwhile information that was shared.

Ernest Madu's talk made sense and I believe that what he says can work and clearly it's working in Jamaica. I like the initiatives that have been introduced to keep the costs down, and the idea of telemedicine is so cool. How exciting too that the first country in Africa that will be having a heart institute based on the Jamaican model is Nigeria.

I'll try to keep an eye out for any news I hear on the matter...thanks for bringing it to our attention.
